Should anyone avoid using LED therapy?
Safe for all skin types, adults aged 18+. Consult your doctor first if you are pregnant, undergoing chemotherapy, have epilepsy or photoallergy, or take medications causing light sensitivity (Tetracycline, steroids, cortisone injections).
Can I use the mask with Botox or fillers?
Yes — wait at least 2 weeks after any injectable treatment before using LED therapy. LED does not interfere with Botox or fillers. Many aesthetic practitioners recommend it as a complementary treatment to extend results.
Should I avoid the sun after treatment?
LED therapy does not increase photosensitivity like peels or lasers. However we always recommend applying SPF 30+ as part of your post-session routine. Your skin's cellular activity is elevated after a session — the ideal time to apply protective products.

Changes and cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. Email hello@reflektskin.com immediately with your order number. Once shipped, our 30-day return policy covers you.

What is your refund policy?
Refunds are processed within 15 days of delivery confirmation to our warehouse and returned to your original payment method. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase. No returns are accepted after 30 days.
What if my device arrives damaged?
Contact hello@reflektskin.com immediately with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost, with no need to return the defective unit in most cases.

Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every ReflektSkin™ Mask PRO automatically comes with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects — no registration required. This is one of the longest warranties offered by any at-home LED brand.
What does the warranty cover?
Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Not covered: damage from accidents, drops, misuse, unauthorized accessories, incorrect voltage, or unauthorized modifications. Warranty extends to the original purchaser with proof of purchase.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Email hello@reflektskin.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and a photo or short video showing the issue. Our team responds within 1 business day. No lengthy forms — one email and we handle everything.

How often should I use my ReflektSkin™ mask?
First 4–6 weeks: 4–5 sessions per week for maximum results. After that: 2–3 sessions per week for maintenance. Each session is 10–15 minutes. Built-in auto-shutoff at 5, 10, or 15 minutes means no guessing.
Should I use serums during treatment?
Use the mask on clean, bare skin only — no serums or creams before. Immediately after your session is the ideal time to apply skincare products. Your skin's absorption is significantly enhanced post-LED therapy, making serums, vitamin C, hyaluronic acid, and retinol more effective.
